Osmo Lipponen

Osmo joined the Folks team at the beginning of 2025, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in business law and extensive expertise in the legal and business needs of listed companies, corporate transactions, IT law, as well as international contract negotiations and employment law. He has worked as General Counsel at Nixu Corporation and as Senior Legal Counsel at Tieto, where he was responsible for key contractual matters, outsourcing, employment law, and service development from a business perspective.

Osmo's areas of expertise include corporate law, corporate transactions, legal matters related to the governance and insider regulations of listed companies, IT law, and international commercial contracts. Additionally, Osmo advises on cybersecurity and employment law issues.
