Folks assists Boreo Group in acquiring of Elfa Distrelec distribution operations in Finland and Baltics

Folks assists Boreo Group in a transaction in which Boreo will acquire the distribution operations of Elfa Distrelec in Finland, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania from the UK-based RS Group plc. The transaction will be executed as three business transfers in the Baltic countires and a share purchase in Finland. Boreo will acquire the Baltic distribution operations through its local subsidiaries and will establish a new YE RS business ("YE RS") after the completion of the transaction. YE RS will be formed from the acquired Elfa Distrelec distribution operations and Boreo's existing RS businesses, which will be combined with them.

The total revenue of the businesses to be acquired for the fiscal year 2024 is approximately EUR 15 million.

Elfa Distrelec is part of the international Distrelec Group, whose product range includes products from RS Group and other electronics component manufacturers.

The completion of the transaction is subject to approvals from competition authorities in Finland and Estonia.
